In dogs, most behavioral concerns stem from uncertainty or fear. So we focus on training confidence and state of mind first.
By combining the most effective aspects of Balanced and Positive Reinforcement Training, we teach you to help your dog feel safe and calm, then to communicate with them in their own language.
Board & Train
Dogs benefit from dedicated training time, consistency and frequency.
Duration: 2-8 weeks (depending on your dog’s needs)
Structure: During the day, your dog will report to WBDT headquarters, then reinforce the skills they learn in a home environment during the evening. Dogs stay with our Head Trainer.
Benefit: Your dog will learn new skills, but more importantly, they will develop a calm mindset in the immersive training environment we offer. Our trainers work with your dog daily, building a solid foundation for improved behavior.
Support: Clients enjoy detailed weekly progress reports, digital check-ins, and a 1:1 training session upon program completion to ensure you are able to continue your training at home.

Master the basics: leash walking, potty training, crate training, appropriate play, recall, and more!

Behavior Modification Training
For adult dogs with mild separation anxiety, excessive barking, low-level resource guarding, occasional leash reactivity or aggression, and other behavioral concerns.

Advanced Behavior Modification and Rehabilitation
In order to fully rehabilitate a dog with aggression, guarding, extreme separation anxiety and/or dominant behaviors, a board and train of 3 to 6 weeks is required.

Group Classes

Puppy School
Start your training journey with our group class for puppies under 8 months old.
$175/5-week series

Reactive Dog Class
A weekly group class for dogs who bark, lunge or snarl at other dogs or humans.
Prerequisite: one private training session with our team, or a prior approval.

Learn and Playgroup
Full-day play groups give your dog the opportunity to play, hike, train and socialize.
Open to most dogs (dogs with serious aggression concerns should start with a one-on-one session).

Beyond Obedience
Keep your dog’s skills sharp with a weekly group class. Open to dogs who are able to work alongside others without reactivity. Held at the facility and in varying “real world” settings.
